I am wondering if anyone has experienced this problem?

About 50% of our redirects have stopped working (we switched servers and versions of cPanel). I'm trying to create a new redirect and its not working either.

And is there any pattern to the one that don't work?

cPanel only writes the redirects to the .htaccess file it doesn't implement the redirects.

Have you simply imported the site between servers or what?

more information is needed to even begin to figure it out.
