i would like to ask about forum administration......i had a forum days back. But now its no more online. I find its difficult to manage especially the post and articles posted. Cause there are alot of SPAM and unrelated posts and some lewd and bad posts. How to manage a successful forum?

Highly unlikely, you might break even if you are lucky.

Block ALL free email providers especially Russian (mail.ru), Chinese ones and sify.com.
Block the IP ranges for India, Pakistan, Russia, China, Brazil, Argentina, Nigeria.
Use a Proxy blocking mod/plugin
block guest posting.
hide signatures from guests.
Hide member profiles from guests.
No promotions for prolific posters.
Pre moderation for all new members

plus everything else you can do to make it as unattractive for link dropping as possible.

Oh and if the forum software allows it,

Set an automatic ban for any "members" that have a birthday of November 30 with no year as it is a signup bot footprint.
