Basically I almost got ripped off, you can see what happened here (which I recommend at least going to, so you can avoid the person) but long story short I have a support script with numerous features such as:
- Admin Panel (add faq/category, list of open tickets, list of tickets to change status)
- Frontend: Open a Ticket, Manage Account, Ticket History, View FAQ's
- Other: Reply to ticket, view FAQ item, easily edit in header, left menu and footer
And more such as automated e-mails on tickets made and replies made. This is perfect for hosting sites and is even made to be integrated with vBulletin and can be used with a billing system.
It's written in PHP/MySQL and I am asking for $400. If you want to see a demo PM me and I can send you a link however it does not showcase the whole system. Paypal only please.
