But that does not mean they did not create this script, domain could have expired or they changed from other domain to new domain ? How to find out who created it and if they did not should they not be sued?

You will find WordVertiser Logo.

In fact, DAILYWEBDEV just remove all the WordVertiser license and claim the script is create by them is not allowed. Because after we bought a product with master resale right. The buyer only has the right to resell it, but do not has the right to remove orginal license information. It's illegal

also, DAILYWEBDEV require you to linkback to its blog when you using their script. If you don't want to linkback to his blog, you will need to purchase a version with full resale rights for $20!.
