cURLProxy is efficient!
If you're familiar with proxy scripts, you know the 'big 2' free scripts are CGIProxy and PHProxy, Both of the forementioned scripts are great products, however, they seriously lack in terms of performance. Of course this is my opinion, which is reinforced from years of using both CGI and PHP proxy scripts.
Advantages of cURLProxy:
faster script completion - by completing the script faster, server resources are more available
conservative resource usage - in terms of CPU time/load, cURLProxy uses significantly less than its peers
low bandwidth consumption - by utilizing gzip compression cURLProxy typically reduces page size by 50-70%. that is a lot of saved bandwidth
quicker page serving - as mentioned above, by using gzip compression cURLProxy takes less time to display pages to the user
cURLProxy is going to allow you to put more sites on your server than you would with its peers. With reduced bandwidth and resource consumption you will be able to serve more pages to more people which means more revenue. If you're a serious proxy owner (I own over 200 proxy sites) you want the most bang for your buck. Well here it is.
cURLProxy server requirements:
cURLProxy does require a certain build on your webserver. Though the majority of hosts come with the required modules enabled/installed, there are a few don't. You can check to see if your site is configured correctly or not by downloading the cURLProxy server config checker.

Technical Limitations:
As with all things, there are some limitations! For the most part, the only issues you will ever run into with cURLProxy are sites that are heavy on javascript. Since javascript is not 'proxified', any sites that require javascript for functionality will most likely not work or will have reduced functionality.
Limited support. Yes, I'm eager to squash any bugs that surface during the lifetime of this script. No, I will not support your "I can't log into such and such" complaints. Unless that reason is because my script is broken, I do not entertain those types of support requests. Updates are and will always be free.
Licensing:
cURLProxy source code is encrypted and requires a valid license to work. I do not have plans to release the source code, so don't ask. All licenses are locked to specific domains and/or ip addresses. License ownership may transfer should you decide to sell your site. Once again, all licenses are locked to a domain/ip, so if you sell your site you will have to buy a new license
Try before you buy!
On a per request basis, I will provide you with a 3 day working license for your site. Once the temp license expires you will need to purchase a full license or the script will simply not work. If you are interested in a trial, first download the check script and make sure your server meets the requirements, then send me a PM with your request.
