We've go a powerful client side CMS that we fully rebrand for others to give away. It's a cross between blogger and Joomla but works as a simple download so you don't have any servers to setup or manage. It's a very popular program and every free version has a small backlink saying how it was produced so it's a nice giveaway that generates great inward links and exposure.
