Not exactly.
You have 2 tools. it's
1 is a single keyword checker, and the other is a multiple (or bulk) keyword checker.
Both are available in a basic and full version.
In the basic version, you have got no engine.
I host the engine that does the work, and you only have the files used to make the query. Think "web service" here.
So no reseller rights, as there is nothing to resell.
If you want to be able to resell it, you must take the full version.
