Hello

I am new to this forum and I would like to if anyone has purchased TopMediaScript and hosted the website without any problems.

What are the requirements I need to launch the website running with this TopMediaScript?

Web hosting with the below requirements is good enough to start with?
• 100 GB Space
• 1,000 GB Transfer
• Support MySQL Databases
• Supports PHP
• Supports Forums, Blogging, Photo Galleries

Linux or Windows option is given but not APACHE?
How do I know whether they are using APACHE?

Please provide with complete details

Thanks

Well, you could ask them, but mostly it will be apache.
It's the defacto standard, at least on a linux platform.

On windows, you might end up with Ms IIS, but again, this is not always the case.

Hey there,

I'm the owner of TopMediaScript so thought i'd chime in with some info.

The script does indeed run (at its best) on Apache. From the details you've provided you should be able to run it just fine.

You could always drop by http://www.bizarreinspiration.com to ask any presale questions to existing clients; or feel free to PM me directly.

Don't forget that, if you do decide to purchase, you can get a $10 discount using the coupon code "TMS36"

I run this on www.media-help.net and have successfully ran it on an apache platform and IIS platform. The redirects are slightly different on the IIS as that uses asapi rewrite rather than mod rewrite but that is not a major issue.

Have not found any problems with TMS King and feel he has responded to any questions I asked in a decent timeframe (not always immediate, but adequate).

An honest opinion is that the product cries out for certain things that are planned for the new version (a couple of months away from release) but unlike some sellers, if you buy now, you get free updates later.
