But look at joomla.com its the most user friendly cms which is rather powerful. If you just want a blog check out wordpress

Yes, Joomla is pretty much a collection of a whole bunch of other CMSs.

For some people, though, Joomla is a little too hefty for what they really need. Some of those smaller ones like PHP-Nuke could produce a site of almost the same caliber.

this needs to be put in the marketplace area if your asking for somebody to build the site for you. if you have a basic knowledge, checkout hotscripts.com. there are loads of scripts there which suit your needs and are easy to install
