Well to directly answer your question is has a very "google"ish look to it which is inviting to most american users.

But on a personal note:
> You might not want to use the MSN butterfly as your own
> The top image makes my eyes want to bleed
> There are alot of wording issues which make the site look very unproressional, i.e. "Healthy Life:Healthy Life provide health information, china healthy method ect." Should say: "Healthy Life: Healthy life provides health information, information on the China health method, etc."

But considering its a foreign adsense website, i guess its ok... whatever pays the bills...

You might consider getting an English native speaker to just alter a few details, which they should spot quite quickly. eg. in your above post, it should read:

You advice is very important and I...

Otherwise good ideas..

I agree with FoundationFlash; the biggest turnoff with your site pertains to the grammar and spelling. For example, "healthy care" isn't a common North American term. It's "health care".

The little Flash thing on the top of the page doesn't seem to accomplish much or be relevant to the topic, and when I clicked "Welcome to cnhealthy.com", it reopened cnhealthy.com in a new window. I was already there! I don't need to be sent there again!

Other than that, the only thing that really bugs me are the use of graphics at the top and bottom. Neither set of graphics look especially clean, and the top ones really take away from the look and feel of the page. If you're going to use graphics, keep them simple, easy to read, and don't use Arial for graphic text. Use something else that's more suited for that purpose.

As far as your logo goes, you'd probably want to come up with some "healthy logo" for your site, or at least some graphic representation.
