Hello, I've gotta website that I used from an template but edited it LOTS.

But It needs tinkering with abit, and I need to know what other people think. The white bits look abit bland, I want it to look more colourful what could I change?

My first reaction was 'WOAH!'.
It's all way too much, IMO.
The kids photo is way too in your face, I would suggest a more...bland and middle of the road photo. Some people could love that photo, other's could hate it. Best to choose one that everyone could like.

Although you say you have edited it a lot, it still looks like a template website.
Also, the orange, for me, is just too much.

Why don't you make one of them into a nice banner for your site, instead of just your site name in two colors?

Your header text is a bit over powering for the web page. You should try to incorporate your image into the header, and then place some other pictures on your main page that link into your content.

I think the orange is too much and you should look at developing a colour schemeof maybe three colours. You need to ensure that you change your text from orange as this will make it hard to read.

However good start, try and build on your site and make it your own. It still does look too much like a template.

Thanks for the tips. I've change the main background to a light blue, and added it to other elements of the colour scheme.

Now where could I add more pictures? And any other ways to improve?
