If you use div containers with background colours, is there an easy way to make rounded corners rather than the plain rectangular look.

I have looked the most popular way seems to be using images for the corners, but is there a way that avoid this?

There are many ways to get rounded corners, some that use no images at all. However, there are drawbacks in that a css-only solution adds additional markup.
