I have all the elements of the site complete. The only thing that is bugging me is that my flash header reloads on every page. I want it to load once and thats it. Hopefully its just an issue of adding a window to the top to hold the flash.

Any ideas on this?

PS - I forgot to mention that the page buttons are in the flash

looks good but I have only had limited experience with java/ajax programing so Im not sure exactly how to implement the script.

It's javascript not java; Why not learn some if you want to implement it that way? I'm sure the guys in the JavaScript forum would help you...
