I design websites before using tables. But then, tables aren't that good anymore on designs due to slow loading of the pages.

Can you give me some nice and informative tableless layout tutorials? I know THIS ONE could help... but I guess there is more detailed tutorials out there that you can share with me guys...

Do a Google search, there are TONS of CSS tutorials on the web. Better yet, buy a book, SitePoint has some very good ones.

yer, i agree, i learnt pretty much everything fdrom w3schools, a mate, and trial&error.
if w3schools doesnt have your solution google will somewhere.
However, i disagree with the buy a book thing, they seem to get out-of-date, very quickly, things are always changing on the internet and quite often the book will have something wrong about it, especially if you buy a book written by saomeone with very little knowledge about web programming and is just using things he founds in tutorials etc...
