I am an affiliate with a company. In their members tool section they have mirror websites that I can launch to the internet as my own to promote but I don't know how to do that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

don't bother, put something unique up instead.

chrishirst is right. creating duplicate content usually will not get you anywhere business wise unless you have means to drive traffic at it. search engines are smart and know when things are mirrored/copied and will penalize your site accordingly.
