I tried coffee cup, it's easy to use but I didn't like their templates and it seems they want all the content off to the left side, can't put the page in the center. Any other choices out there?
RVSiteBuilder is quite useful - I've used it in the past. There are hundreds of templates or you can create your own. Your host will need to offer it though as it doesn't come as a standalone product.
There's also NVU, which is a standalone product. I think it's free and probably a bit more advanced than CoffeeCup. Dreamweaver or Frontpage are obviously some of the best in the field though if you're looking for really professional sites.
