Nice website bro! That background is awesome and your color choice works well with the theme. More content is all I can say, but great job you got a real good eye for design.

Nice site. Loving the newspaper style text! Did you create the images on the portfolio page? If so, good job!

Personally i would have chose a different font for the headings, but that is personal taste...

A couple of your pages are not actually valid xhtml whch it claims at the top of the page.

You should use a relative font size so that you can resize text... the font size will not change in IE...

I was also curious as to why your css sheet says "Copyright (c) 2007, Yahoo! Inc. All rights reserved."

Other than that it looks like a pretty impressive first webpage to me. You have some pretty good graphics in your portfolio section!

The yahoo copyright is part of yui css all it does is resets the css, So all the browsers use the same defalut css

Not bad, but if you're going to present yourself as a professional to sell your services, you need to go thru your site and correct spelling and grammar errors, capitalize where appropriate (like adobe, illustrator, etc.) and maybe have someone help you edit what you've written. It does not read well as you have it so doesn't present a professional work.

I like your site nice and simple... but just be careful red isn't always a good color especially for the web.

personally, the only thing i dont lyk about it is the gold colour you are using as a border on the nav, but thats just my personal taste in colours, other than that, it is awesome, love the banner thing, the text in the banner and on those links to about me and portfolio on the right, love it, and the background...o its brilliant, tis awesome dude, well done.

I think the width of the header should be as of others.Also there are enough free spaces after the header for login area.It can be brought in same line so as to remove the free space. Otherwise it is a marvelous effort.Great!

Overall nice site actualy very nice site but you have to get rid of some of the "I"'s in the text on the main page. But thats just my opinion.

For your first site? Heck, that's amazing! Keep up the good work. Try re-working your text though...

I think the design is great! I love the artistic flare. However the english could use a little work, or at least a little punctuation added. A few of the sentences seem to run together or end abruptly. It's very simple and to the point, and I think that is exactly what you need for this type of site.

Nice portfolio. Just want to comment on two things

1. on the banner "Street Life" you didn't show "Streets", but have Buildings. Think about it.

2. On the "New Haven" stuff, you misspelled "Heaven".

Just my two cents

I noticed also that you misspelled "Photoshop" in your description.

Not bad. You may want to change your header right below the top navigation menu.
I don't like the text that is near your logo.
