Dreamweaver CS3 Help Tips

I have a few questions, I was reading a book about Dreamweaver CS3, and taught myself how to get a form going, but how do I add an email, so when the Submit button is pressed, all the entered information is sent.

And also, I only found out how to edit one of the backgrounds, which was in Page Properties. How do I get the other part of the page, where the text and stuff goes, to be a color or something.

And can I make a Forum with Dreamweaver CS3?

Thanks.

Yes if you can program in a server side code. But learning to crawl is required before entering a marathon.

Start with View -> Code and following some HTML & CSS tutorials
