I tried pretty lots of different CMS... Joomla is not logical at all. I hate the fact that every page that you make should be a part of the menu.. that is awkward
Drupal is awfully organized so I didn't even mess with it for a long time.. configuring a website in drupal was really a nightmare..
so basically for me there's nothing better than wordpress. I don't know php and have pretty basic knowledge of html + css.. however using the instructions I was able to make my own theme for wordpress.. customize it.. insert any widgets.. it's very cool ctructured and logical.. and it's admin panel is pretty self explanatory
Word press is the simple and best CMS for our site it is less expensive and due to that traffic also come fast .this system is simple enough without any coding skill.
Using CMS you can create and publish web content. SiteGround web hosting services are the best choice for your CMS website and Its easy and fast as compare to others.
I can recommend you, joomla, it's easy fast and accurate CMS, has SEO optimization, gzip compression for faster loading, and lots of extensions and plugins, as well as a lot of themes for joomla.
There is not one CMS (joomla vs. wordpress) that is easier than the other. Maybe if you learned Joomla first, like me, then you may think it easier. When I learned Wordpress, I thought the system was very confusing. I'm sure if I learned WP first, I would have reservations for Joomla. Both CMS offers different advantages and features. So depending on the end product design and what the website is trying to accomplish, will be the true judge of which CMS is the best because they are both simple to learn.
Choosing the right content management system, a web designer or developer can be an overwhelming task. CMS Made Simple a fast and easy to build a web site and its content management offers. I support what others have said - you can use it as a CMS, without blog pages. I have clients who are that way and its love, because they can update pages, etc.
If you really want it to be that simple. Why not just code it all? Otherwise, Wordpress is pretty easy to set up. And if you make your own theme, it doesn't look like you're using Wordpress at all.

I like wordpress, but I would like to find something like it, not for the main purpose of blogging, but for the purpose of managing pages. I just wanted to find an alternative that was meant for the purpose I described.
I would go with WordPress. You can create simple pages using WordPress. All parties should not necessarily be as a blog. I saw a complete (single) sites is using WordPress alone.
