Hi I recently made this layout for a educational website , The client wants it to be artistic and fun , like we all have in university . Comments & critics are welcome

Nice design, certainly looks artistic and fun to me.

My only comment would be that the fancy font (BlackAdder) on the headings is neat, and I'm assuming you'd make them images, which is not really good at all.

I would suggest a better solution - sIFR - http://wiki.novemberborn.net/sifr3/
That allows you to use ANY font you want and still have only text in your code, which is 100% better for accessibility.
