The thing that worries me is that when i design logos, i sometimes think, umm.. i'll think i'll add a shadow or gradient. It's such a bad habit!

Good thing I don't have Flash, or I would've given the surface layer on 3.0 a water ripple effect. It would've looked GREAT. Y'know, upbeat and professional with a hint of, oh, I don't know what.....
