Very inexperienced in IT, need a fair bit of help.

I'm using Office Frontpage to develop a site but i'm having problems getting it to do what i want it to.

Firstly, the site expands and contracts with the size of the internet browser frames and thus distorts the text,images that i have. Is there any way i can fix the size of the web page so that everything stays as i want it to, regardless of whether i have my internet browser window fully opened or minimized?

And also, the layers are a complete nightmare and i just can't get them to stay in place. Again, any ideas on how i can do this?

Try a browser other than Internet Exploder, and see if the problem goes away.

Part of it you said is images change size, but I'm curious if the rest is html code, or just browser compat.

While I'm almost afraid to ask, the code is going to be really frightening.. it would be much easier for us to see what's going on if you either post a link to the site, or post all the code.

A word of caution - FP creates pages that work in IE - but fail badly in other browsers.
