Hello Everyone,

I am having trouble getting my existing contact form to work in the website that I have. Does anyone know where i can get a contact form that i can insert into my web page, where the user can fill out the information name address phone number email address and how did you hear about us fields, and then when you hit the submit button it sends it to my email address for my new business?

I have a template that was given to me by the company that I have just bought a franchise with. It is a generic contact form, which is fine with me, at the bottom of the contact form there are 2 buttons, one says submit, and the other says start over. there's probably no action to the script.

without looking at it, it's hard to say the real problem.

i use a secondary script that the action"" call in when submit is pressed.
