i would just like to know what web design package is the better and why.....
i have heard some things about them both but am still 50/50 which is the best xSite Pro Or Dreamweaver

Neither are "best", both are simply code editing software programs. Software doesn't design web sites- they only give you an interface to write code/markup.

Go for the one that suits your personal needs, if it doesn't work out you can always choose another since there are dozens of good editors to choose from.

i personally like dreamweaver not really suited to beginners though
