Im sure there are alot of tools like this out on the web but anyways I thought I would share it with you guys:

Favicon Convertor: http://www.chami.com/html-kit/services/favicon/

It allows you to convert images to an .ico and then it shows you what it will look like in the address bar and zips it for you to download along with an animated version and instructions on how to set it up.

Anyways hopefully this will help some people, enjoy.
