I might add that I don't think you're copying Tims's. An ink splatter isn't exactly a new or original idea, but the mixing of it with other stuff helps. Take note that Tim's site doesn't have any shading to it to give it a 3D feel and the right-hand side isn't suggested anywhere on your logo. Also, the boxes idea (border with internal color) isn't new nor is your design reminiscent of Tim's (yours has a shading from top to bottom, while Tim's is just a single color). I think Tim just got a little offended that someone could come up with an idea similar to his, though sufficiently changed, even though the elements to both have been around for quite some time.
