why would you want to do that??? just leave it as a ccs file, wouldnt that be the thing to do?

i can think of two ways.
the first - create a new page from the template - select modify, templates, detach from template. save that page as an htm file.
i think you should also be able to get away with going to file - save as - and saving it as an htm file from there.
site templates are a pretty big convenience in dreamweaver - manually updating every page in a site is a collossal pain in the @ss.
