Ive got an idea of something I want to do, but Im not sure how it can be done. Hopefully someone can get what Im trying to do and point me in the right direction.

The Idea:

I want a review/rating system were users can rate their "Local Dive Shops". Also, I want it tied in with an image map, or atleast someway for users to search by area.

I want the image map to be somethign like this: http://www.lakediver.com/usamap.html How hard is it to make a Javascript map like that? Any programs that will do it for me?

Any ideas for the reviews/rating system? I use Joomla, so a plugin for that would be great.

Any other thoughts?
