How many of you use these? I use a fairly new one at SolidStats.com and it has been great so far. Very nice stats...

What do you use?

Why do you think they are so good? Is there something that sets them off from the rest?

I can't find examples of the visual counters.

Also, do a google search for "Flash PHP counter"... you should find some good stuff... in fact, I even think I saw a nice Flash component that counts site visits (PHP based)...

TheCounter.com has a good one. It really just depends what you're looking for, though--the best way to go in my opinion is a text-based counter, but that takes some script installation. TheCounter.com does have some "fake" text counters, though, that are simple black on white and appear like normal text.

I usually just use the server stats, but i can't deny that i like nedstat as well. They show you so mutch information, information you could really use and pretty accurate (besides that reloading counts as a click sometimes). Only problem with it is that sometimes the icon won't load and if that doesn't load, the table where you're using the icon is will not load as well till you get an error. In the past the whole site didn't want to load caused by nedstat being down. But at the bottom it does a pretty good job.

I never advertised it, but I've had tons of people sign up just from like copying it off of other websites. I guess it's popular because it has a text counter option, and gives pretty raw stats that can be processed with pretty much any stats analyzer you want.
