Not positive, but I don't see how you expect to get any offers unless you include links to some of your previous works or testimonials at least. The services you are offering are pretty commonplace.

Not asking for offers outright. Anyone who happens to be interested can ask for samples. I simply have not had time to put a full portfolio online yet.

I think you'll find the ROI on taking a few days to put together a basic landing page site with samples would be very high

Saying you haven't taken the time to put together samples doesn't make you come out too professional for prospective employers
