I have a few questions for you seasoned copywriters:

1. I just found a site with Michael Masterson's "6 Figure Writing Course". Has anyone taken that course?

2. Did you take any kind of sales copy course before you became a succesful copywriter?

3. Why did you want to be a copywriter?

If you only want to answer one of these questions, I am hungry for answers!

Thanks,

Donn

I don't know aout this course:Michael Masterson's "6 Figure Writing Course", but be sure before taking any course.

Do you have the link?

Copywriting is one of the most important thing in Direct Response marketing. If you are a good copywriter, you will monetize your visitors, and Increase your conversion rates.

I just joined a copywriting site, to make me go further in my business. I know it will increase my results. (the copywriter writes for me and other members)

It's vital!

If you can learn that science, do it. It will be an invaluable asset for you later.

Check out these sites by 3 top copywriters:

a) Gary Halbert thegaryhalbertletter.com
b) Dan Kennedy dankennedy.com
c) John Carlton marketingrebel.com

I've also heard good things from Masterson's course. I think it's the one that Agora copywriters go through.

You can't go wrong with any of their products/courses.

Some pretty good recommendations up there!
Do keep testing your conversion results if you want to improve, or learn copywriting of sales letters. A lot will depend on the target market...ex. You can't keep using all the technical terms when targetting a teen group while a doctors group will prefer if you go into technical details of the medical instrument you are promoting.
Best of luck!

Nice resources, I am just in the process of researching this similar issue - improving my copywriter skills. And I have discovered that it is not an easy task to find a good resource on this.

I am totally agree to what you're saying.. When you learn it the hard way, you'll get up the better way..
