Whats the best programming language to learn for web site devolpment? i already know some html, but i was wondering what you guys thought is the most useful language to use when designing a website.

Php is the best to learn after html. Asp is getting too old. Many of the powerhouse sites are still using it though. You will see many sites with php then html or asp combine.

I'd say css is the best to learn after html, then continue with php! CSS can speed your site up quite a lot! and can make editing your websites quite easy!

I know HTML but came to know that php is better in order of SEO.
So i justsave my HTML pages in php

So, none of you recommended asp.net? Is there any problem to asp.net?

i use xhtml its cleaner and easier to use.
