Is there a program or a way in Dreamweaver or GoLive to edit php pages the same way the web dev programs like dreamweaver edit them? no coding required?

i wouldn't think so. you pretty much have to know what you are doing. people using php are using it for specific purposes that you can't just have something do for you

thought so, my friend only uses dreamweaver to make his site, and he is using some php stuff and didn't know how to move things around in them so i had to help out there.
