If you cant afford Adobe Photoshop I suggest using the free Open Source Program gimp.org

Gimp isnt as flexable but the capabilities are better than MSpaint go to deviantart.com and see if you can find a few mods.

OMG I HATE GIMP. It was the worst It was like trying to use a banna to beat in a nail. Just didnt do the job for me. Id have rather used MsPaint. Infact I've seen better done in MsPaint. Even the mods off deviantart didnt help!
