Both are really good for both and even if learn basix HTML, you will know a lot more then you already do. Did I mention it's not even that hard to learn it? Well, it's very simple to learn and not hard at all. Don't be intimidated!!

Both sites teach invalid/outdated HTML. The second link burns my eyes. -_-'

I recommend http://htmldog.com instead. It teaches you valid XHTML and CSS.
