wow thats vector??? whenever i whip out my pen tool, i always end up with a black blob!!! how does that happen?

That is vector. It takes alot of time and practice to get that good. It all starts with a flat base color and slowly more and more layers of color are added to add better and nicer effects.

that graphic looks good, but in spots in needs a bit more detail, like it should have wheels on it etc.

What's a vector layer? What's the difference between that and raster? (yes i know... i'm a newb.)

A pretty nice vector image. I liked it and teh car looks really good. I also make these kinda images and I hav made one car of the LAPD. I dont kno how it looks and I jus wanted the feedback of some people and they said that it was really good.
