Im seriously having a problem bringing in members and then getting them to post.

While I happen to have around 80 members now after our first month, there are only about 5-6 that post, and they are mostly my friends. The few members we had actually posting just kinda dropped off.

What can I do to get things moving a little better?

Have you got any contest on? Try to make user post etc? offer them thing in return?

well, things that will help alot overall!

1. get more members ( the chatting will start then )
2. promote your site via other related forums (webforums, gaming forums etc)

I have mini lotto game, a weekly competition, and a member of the week
How do I pick the member of the week? Well I look at the member with the highest post count for that week, And go through there posts, And if they are good quality.. Well then... They get the title!
