I need to hire a (freelance) designer with CSS knowledge to re-design my site www.dashadyspot.com.

As much as possible of the design should be coded in CSS (no tables). I need you to code the main page and one content page, the rest I'll do by myself.

The design should be pretty clean but profesional looking. And possibly with a little grunge feel to it.

I've some examples of sites that I really like and I'm looking for something a little similar to one of these. But obviously you can't just copy one of them.

Well, my budget isn't huge. But I know that quality costs so I would say that my budget is around $300-500.

i'm no graphics guy... but if you get a psd made, i can turn it into a pure css layout for you. price will depend on exactly how complex the design ends up being..

I just hired a guy from there to do some work on my site, he was great. The good thing is you place a project and others bid on it, you get to choose who you want, and you can see their reviews, so that you can sample their previous work. They also offer escrow payments, which is nice.
