Winning designer takes the cash, we take a commision and then split it three ways ensuring the two other designers are complimented for their efforts. You get paid even If you don't win. It will most likey act like a Sitepoint contest. Instead of just anyone being able to enter, only designers who have joined the team can attempt at the projects. We've already recieved out first client and completed it, paying out $100 USD to the winner.
