Hi everybody. I'm thinking that someday i will need some support staff to one of my projects so... where is right place to hire intelligent people with native English to answer basic question to communicate with customers. Unfortunately my English is not good also my accent is terrible so i need to hire staff. I don't want any cheap labour and i will better hire one good part-time worker then several cheap workers. any ideas? Also any idea how much will it cost?

United States, that is where I am from.

India. you will find lots of good english speaking team members for your site.
It will also be more economic for you this way.

Look at sites like getafreelancer, and post a project or so.

You should try South Africa. We got tons of support centres here for international companies. And its relatively cheap because our currancy isn't as strong as others e.g. $1 = R7

Romania or Russia can be good.
India is popular but I wouldn't recommend it because English speaking countries often have difficulties understanding the accent, and also there is a very big gap in culture making it harder for customers to connect. This problem is reduced with Romania or Russia.

I suggest you my country, India, not because I am fascinated about it, but the statistics favors us, too.

More than half of Indian population (over 1.3 billion) is English speaking. In cosmos like New Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai... the trend is pure American and British.

Furthermore, India has been (one of) the most preferred destinations for BPOs, KPOs and of course, Software Development.
The currency conversion factor is another pivotal reason to support my stand.

May I tell you that I respect all countries and am not biased on my motherland, therefore, here I do not intend to hurt any of your emotion.

lol india provides support for so many english companies lol, and they are smart too, im from south asia, not india but just saying but i live in the united states, fluent in english so i there is a pick between those two countries, or an indian living in the U S lol

In my opinion Philippines, call centers are growing like mushrooms here, and also no accent problems.

We outsource all of our call center work to India, There incredibly cheap. If you'd like i can find the information on the company we use?

Try Romania ! the most smart people and cheap remuneration :lol:

yeah India is the best place, there are loads of people ready to work for you for any amount, because of there are so many qualified people and so little opportunity, that way you will get most eligible people for most economic price.
