I hate using frames, i dont know why but i have never put a frame in any of my website. Its like a page in a page, eating excessive bandwidth!! What do you think of frames? Do you use them? What for?:blink:

Frames are a waste of time. They were a fad back in the day but what is the point?

yeah i used frames back in 1997 when i was first learning.. i thought i was the man. No one uses frames anymore.

Yep, frames suck and no one uses them anymore. They were nice in the beginning before we all learned about serverside includes and such for laying out a site, but no more. It also wrecks havoc with the search engines because your pages are actually individual files and when a person comes from a search they don't see all of your site.
