I hate using frames, i dont know why but i have never put a frame in any of my website. Its like a page in a page, eating excessive bandwidth!! What do you think of frames? Do you use them? What for?

There is very few reasons to use frames any more in todays design world and any respectable site should not be using frames.

yeah I just started a Comp Sci Major (4 years) and in the first semester class of comp sci they were teaching us to use frames!!! Grrr. And I had to have them cause they were part of the assignment. But I got rid of em now that its over. Oh and they also taught us to use tables for layout of a website!!! double Grrr. I tell ya I learn better stuff on the web than at University.

I hate frames. First thing I learned in college: Frames, table based layouts and font-tags: bad. In today's new design world, there is no need. I respect you for hating frames, because to me they scream "hello 1999!"
