My vote is for dreamweaver.I am using dreamweaver from long time.We can see there are so much users of it.there are two main reasons of it.The First is it is cheaper then Coffeecup and it is very flexible with the user then any other i think.

Coffeecup is a non-contender against Dreamweaver. It would be a closer poll if you said something simple like BBEdit or Notepad+ Vs Dreamweaver.
