Does anyone know of a good Homepage/Blog Template/CMS for FREE

Well, there are several different types of open source CMS systems. It basically depends on what you want.

The two most popular are Drupal and Joomla, they run on PHP servers. If you need soemthing specific that could us determine the best solution.

There is a site, that has an installation of all the avaliable CMS, blog, etc sites to test drive.

If you are looking for a CMS that is flexible and more like a Content Management Framework I would go with MODx. Plus it is open source.

Try Joomla or Wordpress. I think they are two very good and easy to use CMS's

I'd have to reiterate that Drupal and WordPress are awesome. They're easily extensible and there are a multitude of good resources available.
