That is interesting to see the changes, but yea its a good idea to make sure it translates proper as the last thing you want to do is end up trying to speak a foreign language you don't know when someone inquiries about your site.

It redirects to http://www.excite.co.jp/?c=1 and there is nothing specific on the page. It is just Japanese Excite. One more thing... Don't worry everybody's websites but Japanese ones look wicked in Japanese
