Sorry if I have the wrong part of the forum.

Not so long ago I noticed a number of links from Ukrainian visitors. Followed by lots of people registering for the blog. I deleted some spam and users and eventually I found some inbound links coming from a site that has completely copied by site.

Has anyone seen this type of behaviour before?

Unfortunately, this happens ALL the time. You can try making a complaint with that persons ISP or web host.
