Hi i would like to develop a sort of bidding system thats simple.
Here how i would like it to work:
There is a list of topics or names for example. Then people can simply click on the name, enter a number and bid. They can also view all bids for that topic etc.

Does anyone know if there is anything like that widly available?

And the coding language is?
