hi all, can anyone tell me what good tools are freely available to design a website. currently i am using ms publisher, sometimes i use ms frontpage, and now i am trying with expression web. they all need some skills which i do not have alot. hence a rubish looking page here http://www.allin1.co.uk/.

The best free design pad is something like notepad with syntax highlighting... not sure whats out there now, but if you want to make good websites, the best way is to code them by hand... you will learn much quicker and in the long run, they will come out much better. Just my opinion...

Perhaps you should look at some templates that you can just modify instead of starting from scratch.
