I am using dreamweaver, yes I know its not the ideal tool for advanced web design, but I dont know much code. My question is this, is there an easy way to add a comment system once articles are posted, much like the site engadget.com Thanks

Yes, with database and server side code. Or, with an application like Wordpress or Drupal, which both use PHP and MySQL.
Dreamweaver won't help much, but it does have some nice coding features.

I have just had problems with dreamweaver before, as in it shows up fine in dreamweaver, but then the web preview shows something very different, or othr various problems, although im sure a lot of it was my own fault from inexperiance

Yeah, I've had that problem too. Now, I do all my testing in Firefox. I rarely, if ever, use Dreamweaver's display feature. I'm a coder, however.

I think GentleSource has one.
