Recently purchased Live Content 2.0 software from snowcovered.com. Was directed to DotNetNuke to install but have been unable to do so and DotNet Nuke has been no help.

Can you offer some direction on how to install software? As files downloaded but are useless with installation.

A Microsoft server, with .net enabled. DotNetNuke runs on .net, as you should be able to tell from the name. Without the right server, it won't be able to run.
